ABOUT THE HOUSE OF EYES:

The House of Eyes is the evil underground laboratory of artist and audio engineer Brandon Bowers. It is home to the Savage Bootlegs youtube series, Brandon’s mixing studio, and a bunch of weird art activities.

Here's a long bio:

Brandon Bowers has a life-long obsession with comic books, action movies, sci-fi, heavy metal, and reptiles. Lots of reptiles. He started multi-track recording when he was thirteen, recording demos for his own shitty bands and bands he went to school with. He has degrees in audio engineering and music business, but has also worked jobs in field biology and traveled much of the southern U.S. in search of reptiles and amphibians to photograph. He's had a bifurcated career, balancing time between field biology and the art/music industry. After college, he began to specialize in location-recording, resisting the sterility of the studio environment in favor of the comfort offered by bands’ rehearsal spaces. He was the manager of Mango’s (a Houston punk venue) until December of 2014 and managed the art career of Daniel Shaw (sawblade666.com) from 2015 to 2017. He is currently making DIY toys, recording bands, and producing the youtube series Savage Bootlegs.
